The Challenge

SBLES, a forward-thinking school located in Latur, recognized the growing need to enhance their digital presence. While their commitment to quality education and holistic development was evident on campus, their online platform didn't reflect the same energy or capability.

Before our collaboration, SBLES had a basic static site with minimal content and no direct communication tools. They received rarely any enquiries, and most updates required reaching out to a developer. Content like faculty details, upcoming activities, or alumni updates were either outdated or missing entirely. There was no centralized system to track enquiries, manage blogs, or collect newsletter subscribers.

We stepped in to transform this outdated system into a fully interactive, self-managed digital platform—built to grow with the school.

After launch, the school saw a 5x increase in engagement, with continuous growth in newsletter subscriptions and user interaction through the blog and alumni sections. Every component of the site is now dynamically manageable by the school staff.

The Solution

We created a dynamic web solution using HTML5, Bootstrap 5, CSS3, GSAP for animations, and a robust Laravel-based backend. The project included a fully animated, modern website tailored to SBLES’s identity, along with a powerful admin panel allowing non-technical staff to track and respond to enquiries from the website, add or edit content such as teachers, team members, activities, testimonials, image galleries, blogs, alumni profiles, and FAQs, collect and manage newsletter subscriptions, send email newsletters, and receive instant notifications for form submissions.

We designed the frontend with clear calls-to-action and highly structured content to improve SEO and usability. Every feature is mobile-friendly and fast-loading. The school now has control over school information and event updates, teaching staff profiles and team member sections, blog posts and thought-leadership content, testimonials and image/video galleries, an active FAQ section that helps address common queries, and alumni spotlights and engagement tools. The platform is designed for growth—modular, scalable, and easy to manage from the admin side without writing a single line of code.
